But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
Waiting for God’s time schedule seems so tiring. For us sometimes waiting for His answer seems so very long that most of us already thought of forgetting it and stop praying for it. There are people in the Bible who waited very long but enjoyed the waiting than choosing to be resentful in their situation during that moment.
For parents who have children who are asking for something and are not able to give it at the moment. How are they able to deal with the situation? Or, Do you still remember when you were in your childhood demanding about that toy in the supermarket your parents cannot buy for you.
There is always a reason behind every ‘NO’ and every DON’T that God is giving us. God’s answers always at His best and it arrive on the very time you need it.
Many people believe about God always answering prayers but they never knew that God has His reason whenever He answers prayers. And waiting for those answers that God allow us to have might need a lot of patience to be able to understand that reason.
We must understand first why God would answer your particular prayer topic. And why God would allow you to wait. There are things to remember and consider before praying a particular prayer topic.
- We must first know the Gospel to pray.
The true reason why God prepared the Gospel (Jesus is the Christ, the true solution to our Spiritual Problem) is to make us return to our True and Original state; that is to live being with God because we are created in His image (Genesis 1:27).
We live our lives doing things outside God’s plan that is why our prayers do not seem to be in favor of the will of God. We have to remember that we have to seek first God’s Kingdom (Matthew 6:33) so that all things will be given to us as well. We have to understand the Gospel to understand God’s will and plan. And we also have to understand God’s work to pray according to His will as well as finding more disciple of Christ within our place.
Let us pray for God’s mission and God’s work for us. We can only do this through God’s grace and through the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
- Wait if today is not yet the Time Schedule.
If we are able to understand the Gospel we will not be surprised if God wants us to wait, but through this we will be receiving strength through the filling of the Holy Spirit.
Pray for whatever the things you need in lined with God’s covenant and surely answers to prayer will eventually come in the most urgent moment. Then we will realize and learn about God working on all things and we will be confident about receiving answers even though we are in waiting.
- Continue on.
Many people are being discouraged and stopped praying because of problems coming while answers are not yet given by God. Most of us experience this, but it is our opportunity to have the opportunity to enjoy being with God through our prayer.
Meditating God’s word will take us on to walk our faith full of strength and confident. If this will continue on, people around us will be evangelized through our actions. We can inspire them to walk the way to God.
God bless and remember that Jesus is our only Christ.
